Michael has 17 years experience within the FMCG industry working in Shopper & Retail insights both in the UK and in Malaysia. Michael currently holds consultancy positions with SAS where he heads the Customer Intelligence practice and engage where he consults clients on Shopper Marketing strategy.

Kung Suan Ai is the Director of Marketing for the award-winning Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s premier retail mall. She has more than 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications and branding in the shopping centre industry.
